Hi! Back in January of 2014 I crunched the scales at over 215 pounds. A year before that I had decided to quit smoking and it was the best thing I had done for myself, except when I started gaining weight. About one year into being smoke free, I decided to take charge of my body and that was when my weight loss journey began. I was an avid YouTube watcher and I was always watching videos of people who went through their own transformation. It was then that I decided I would do it too! So each week, I posted a new subject about health and fitness on Tumblr along with posting a new video on YouTube. Check out the video below where I talk more about what lead me to where I am now!
So here it is a year later! I am still making YouTube videos and weekly blogs on Tumblr! But I have also branched out! Every single Friday on my YouTube Channel, I do a segment called Food Porn Friday, and you can check out my weekly Food Porn on my Instagram! You can also catch my weekly podcast on Podbean every Saturday at 2 p.m.
